Multinationals on a wrong Economic Growth Ploicy

For many years we have seen Multinationals, Banks, Cooperate sector, Industries and Foreign funded organization working with the slogan of Economic Growth, Development and Training of new generation to help our economy grow.
They have failed and they will fail again and again, because (in my short sighted vision) they are not clear in their agenda and vision themselves. These groups of companies or organizations when recruit, they recruits from the cluster of elites, when they choose to give away internship, again their vision doesn’t go beyond LUMS, IBA and equally expensive institutes.
